- Account information. You can create an account from our My Account page. When you register we collect your name, your email address and, where you provide it, your address. Your account also keeps a record of the orders you have placed so that you can see them.
- Order and delivery information. To process and deliver an order we collect the name, email address, delivery address and contact details you give us at checkout, together with the items you ordered, the amount payable and the status of the order.
- Payment information. Orders placed on this store can currently be paid by Cash on Delivery, which is collected when your order is handed over to you; no payment details are taken from you on this website for a Cash on Delivery order. When online payment is enabled, card, UPI and internet-banking payments will be processed by our payment gateway. Your card number, UPI PIN, net banking credentials and CVV will be entered directly into the gateway’s secure payment flow and will not be received or stored by this store. We will receive only a confirmation of whether the payment succeeded or failed, along with a payment reference, so that we can match the payment to your order and help you if something goes wrong.
- Reviews. Product reviews are enabled on this store. If you submit a review, the rating you give, the text you write and the name you provide are published on the product page. The email address you enter is stored with the review so that we can contact you about it, but it is not published.
